The blackberry, black-truffle and wet-earth aromas are impressive for the vintage. Medium-to full-bodied, tight and focused with lovely tannin tension and freshness. Pretty acidity at the end. Tasted just before bottling. Drink after 2022.

Broad-shouldered and spicy, featuring core flavors of cherry, currant and tobacco that are graced by a leafy, vegetal notes and dense tannins. Youthful and fresh, this is balanced in an oversized way, showing fine potential. Best from 2024 through 2039.
